Based on various factors, a decision has been made to alter the design to a sealed enclosure instead. The enclosure is
just too tall at the moment, and the ported ecnlosure f3 is only 4Hz lower than a sealed design.
When I consider that the
drivers are old and mismatched, it makes sense to opt for a more forgiving design.
Now that the executive decision has been made, the slot port
area is removed with the router.
After leveling the enclosure with the belt sander,
the top and bottom panels are attached. The panel edges are beveled using the table saw.
