Sanding
The remaining enclosure walls are attached and any obvious gaps are filled with Polyfill.
Cardboard cutouts are used to cover the driver and
connector holes before sanding.
The above is after three sessions of sanding. Starting with 80 grit on the belt sander, to 200 on
the orbital. After being unhappy with the Polyfill finish, I tried P38 car filler which turned out to be far
superior.
I took the opportunity to weigh them at this stage, and they came in at a modest 33Kg each.
